Opening of the 22nd "GalMed" medical exhibition (in the city of Lviv)

Every year the medical community of the Western Ukraine gathers at Lviv Medical Forum and "GalMED" Exhibition of Medical Equipment; this year it was going to be the 22nd exhibition.
 
 LVIV MEDICAL FORUM is the biggest event in Western Ukraine, which attracts scholars and experts from various fields of medicine, representatives of renowned manufacturers fro, the whole world, and in particular manufacturers of medical devices, equipment and pharmaceuticals from all over Ukraine.
   
Over the years, this particular event has become a perfect place to promote new products, treatments and advanced technologies, to exchange experiences between specialists from different oblasts of Ukraine and abroad.
  In the framework of the Forum, there will be held a series of scientific conferences, lectures, workshops and practical demonstrations with the participation of leading experts and well-known manufacturers in the field.
  The Forum is supported by the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine and the Department of Health Care of Lviv Oblast State Administration.
  The Lviv Medical Forum is included in the "registry of medical exhibitions and the register of congresses, symposia and scientific conferences to be held in 2016".
  
 
This year the activities of the "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies in Lviv Oblast" Subproject were presented at the medical forum.
 
Also in the framework of the 22nd "GalMED" exhibition of medical equipment, the executive committee of the Health Care Department took place in the conference hall of the exhibition centre.
  
 
   Head gynaecological oncologist, a non-staff specialist of the Health Care Department of Lviv Oblast State Administration, Ms. Svitlana Struk, reported on the operation of the oncology service in the Lviv oblast and the areas of implementation of the "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies in Lviv oblast" Subproject.
