On July 27, a 56-year-old man who is suffering from paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia was performed an operation for implantation of a 2-chamber cardioverter defibrillator under the skin. The operation was held in the Volyn Regional Clinical Hospital.

More than half a thousand operations, and, consequently, saved lives, were spent in incomplete four months in the Rivne cardiovascular center, which was created within the framework of the World Bank project "Improving health at the service of people". However, in addition to the angiographer, which actually carried out these operations, a large number of medical equipment was purchased as part of the project, including the ultra-modern ultrasound scanner, which, according to physicians, is unique for the whole of Western Ukraine. So what gives the patients modern equipment purchased in the framework of the World Bank project, which is the cardiovascular center in the Rivne region, were investigated by journalists of local TV channels
