On January 9, 2019, doctors from Poltava conducted a unique operation - implantation of a three-chamber automatic cardioverter defibrillator. It is a kind of cardiac surgery that allows every third patient to get the necessary medical care and quit waiting of a heart transplantaton. -

14.12.2018New cars for family doctors of Volhyn region
Family doctors of the Volyn region will receive 23 Peugeot 301 cars for visits to patients who need medical care at their homes. This is especially true for patients with severe forms of cardiovascular diseases, patients with stroke, and cancer patients with palliative disorders. -

06.12.20186th Medical Conference in Rivne
In addition to modern equipment and repaired PHC ambulatories, qualified doctors are also a guarantee of successful patient treatment. Therefore, to ensure the improvement Rivne region physicians' skills and knowledge in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, two-day trainings and medical conferences are provided under the World Bank's Serving People, Improving Health project. The 6th conference of this kind was already held. -
