Family doctors of the Volyn region will receive 23 Peugeot 301 cars for visits to patients who need medical care at their homes. This is especially true for patients with severe forms of cardiovascular diseases, patients with stroke, and cancer patients with palliative disorders. -

20.11.2018New level of medical care for patients with heart diseases in Volhyn
According to the regional health center, nearly 1000 cases of acute myocardial infarction occur every year in Volhyn. Volhyn Regional Clinical Hospital is one of the medical institutions, where patients with cardiovascular catastrophes are treated. Thanks to realization of the joint project of the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "Improvement of health care at the service of people" the hospital received the most up-to-date medical equipment and materials costed about 42 million UAH. -

23.10.2018The angiographic system has started to work in the Kovel City Hospital
The modern Canon (Toshiba) X-ray system has been launched in the Kovel Municipal Territorial Medical Association (MTMO). The up-to-date equipment for the Kovel Medical Center, at a cost of $600 000 was purchased at the expense of the joint project of the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "Improvement of health care at the service of people" in the Volhyn region. -

10 outpatient clinics of family medicine will be repaired and reconstructed by middle of 2019. The total cost of works is almost 79,5 million of hryvnas. -
05.09.2018The quality of medical services in Volyn is improving
In Volyn summed up the preliminary results of the joint project of the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "Improving health in the service of the people" in 2018. During the realization of a Project medical equipment and computers for doctors of primary care were purchased and also several outpatient clinics of family medicine were reconstructed.
