Vinnytsia subproject aimed to help patients with cardiovascular diseases has received a matrix of priorities and performance indicators for the preparation of documentation for the procurement of construction works.
Practical support was provided by the representatives of the Serving People, Improving Health Project Consultancy Support Unit of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine — Ye. Matiushko (Regions Coordination Consultant) and Yu. Bilan (Procurement Consultant), who participated in the workshop held on February 28 in Vinnytsia.

In the hall of the Health Care Department of Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration, the experts from Kyiv worked with: I. Ivasiuk (Deputy Chairman of Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration, Head of SMU), L. Hrabovych (Director of the Health Care Department of Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration, Deputy Head of SMU), O. Zhytanska (Deputy Director of the Health Care Department, Deputy Head of SMU), V. Fedyk (Chief Specialist of the Health Care Department, Deputy Head of SMU), O. Smirnov (Procurement Consultant of the World Bank sub-project in Vinnytsia oblast), O. Lashchuk (Financial Management Consultant of the World Bank sub-project in Vinnytsia oblast), A. Zhukov (Engineering Consultant of the World Bank sub-project in Vinnytsia oblast).
