On September 28, 2017, a public disclosure of tender bids submitted at the International Competitive Bidding was held in the conference hall of the Poltava Department of Health, in accordance with the IWP number 7.1.4 "Automobile for analysis (35 cars), mobile clinics (Aug. 7). " Bidding was conducted within the framework of the World Bank project "Improvement of health care at the service of people" of the subproject "Implementation of an innovative model of the system of providing services to patients with hypertension in the Poltava region".

Members of the commission for the selection of consultants, goods, works and non-consultancy services, heads of regional health care institutions, representatives of firms that submitted tenders and non-governmental organizations took part in the tender opening process.

Two companies submitted their proposals for participation in the International Competitive Trades. During consideration of bidding proposals, consultants from the procurement department of the subproject management team Anatoly Mitrynyk and Olena Aleksandrov checked for the availability of all necessary documents, and also announced the price offered for each of the lots. The specified information is included in the protocol of the disclosure of competitive bidding proposals, signed by the chairman, secretary, members of the tender committee and the participants who took part in the procedure for the disclosure of competitive bidding proposals.

A decision will be made and the results of the tender procedure will be announced within a specified time.
