Invitation for quotation SH Prozorro 4.1.6

The Health care Department of Lviv Oblast State Administration intends to involve a qualified organization in the development of the terms of reference and technogenic project for the comprehensive information security system associated with the medical information system "Electronic registry of the female population in Lviv oblast". Information that is processed in the information and telecommunication system and is subject to protection includes personal patient data and data on their health.

All procurements carried out in the framework of implementing the joint World Bank's and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "Serving People, Improving Health" Project, specifically within the "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies in Lviv oblast" Subproject, are implemented on the basis of the Loan Agreement No. 8475-UA between Ukraine and the IBRD dated March 19, 2015, for the purpose of facilitating the financing of the "Serving People, Improving Health" Project, Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" (as amended), other legislative acts, and in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the IBRD, in particular, those introduced in the Operational Manual, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of March, 13, 2017, №276 (part 2 of "Procurement Management"), which is available at the official project website following the link: http: //wb.moz. gov.ua/news.html?action=view&id=546

 

The Government of Ukraine received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development No. 8475-UA towards financing the "Serving People, Improving Health" Project. Part of this loan shall be used to cover the costs under the contract associated with this procurement.
