Amendment No. 1
to the Bidding Documents for ICB No. 8.2.7
Dear Sirs/Madams,
In accordance with sub-par. 8.1 of Section I “Instructions to Bidders”, we would like to inform you that the following amendments have been made to the Bidding Documents for ICB No.8.2.7:
1. The wording of ITB 22.1. and ITB 25.1. of Section II. Bid Data Sheet shall be as follows:

The Bid and the copies shall be sealed in an envelope with the following: - full title and name of procurement item under the invitation to bid, Bidder's full name (last, first, patronymic), their location (residence), contact phone numbers, marking:“Do not open before January 25, 2018, 11:10 a.m. Kyiv time”. |

2. The wording of cl. 8 “Invitation for Bids”, Section X, Contract Forms of the Bidding Document mentioned above shall be as follows:
“Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11 a.m. Kyiv time, January 25, 2018. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on January 25, 2018 at 11 a.m. Kyiv time.”
The wording of cl. 9 “Invitation for Bids”, Section X, Contract Forms of the Bidding Document mentioned above shall be as follows:
“All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of: 5,000 (five thousand) US dollars or an equivalent amount in the currency of the Bid at the exchange rate of the NBU (www.bank.gov.ua) as of January 18, 2018. The Security shall be furnished in the form of a Bank Guarantee. All other forms of Guarantee shall not be acceptable to the Purchaser.
3. The new wording of ITB 32.1. of Section II. Bid Data Sheet shall be as follows:

The currency that shall be used for bid evaluation and comparison purposes to convert all bid prices expressed in various currencies into a single currency is: Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The source of exchange rate shall be: the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) - http://www.bank.gov.ua.. The date for the exchange rate shall be:January 25, 2018. |
