Name of the Contract: Reconstruction of premises for medical ambulatories of family medicine in Dnipro city, 3 lots (2 stage).

1. The Government of Ukraine received from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development a Loan to finance Project Serving People, Improving Health and intends to use part of this Loan to pay under the contracts for reconstruction of premises for medical ambulatories of family medicine in Dnipro city, 3 lots (2 stage).
2. Capital Construction Department of Dnipropetrovsk oblast state administration now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the performance of works under the following contracts, which are planned to be financed with the loan funds:
Lot No. 1:
1.1. “Reconstruction of non-residential premises of ME «DPHCC #10» for ambulatory of family medicine, located at the following address: 5 Bukovynska Str., Dnipro city”. Corrections”;
1.2. “Reconstruction of non-residential premise of ME «Dnipro primary health care centre #10», located at the following address: 96 Chaplinska Str., Dnipro, for placement of ambulatory of general practice family medicine”.
Lot No. 2:
2.1. “Reconstruction of branch of ambulatory # 6, located at the following address: 41 Orlovska street, Dnipropetrovsk, for ambulatory of general practice family medicine”. Corrections;
2.2. “Reconstruction of non-residential premise of ME «Dnipro primary health care centre #1», located at the following address 59 O. Polia Str., Dnipro city, for placement of ambulatory of general practice family medicine”;
2.3. “Reconstruction of non-residential premise of ME «Dnipro primary health care centre #5», located at the following address 99 Svobody Ave., Dnipro city, for placement of ambulatory of general practice family medicine”;
2.4. “Reconstruction of non-residential premise of ME «Dnipro primary health care centre #1», located at the following address 12-”г” Bohdana Khmelnytskogo Ave., Dnipro city, for placement of ambulatory of general practice family medicine”.
Lot No. 3:
3.1. “Reconstruction of non-residential premise of ME «Dnipro primary health care centre #4», located at the following address 3 Heroiv Ave., Dnipro city, for placement of ambulatory of general practice family medicine;
3.2. “Reconstruction of non-residential premise of ME «Dnipro primary health care centre #4», located at the following address 19 Simferopolska Str., Dnipro city, for placement of ambulatory of general practice family medicine”;
3.3. “Reconstruction of non-residential premise of ME «Dnipro primary health care centre #4», located at the following address 77 Novorichna Str., Dnipro city, for placement of ambulatory of general practice family medicine”;
3.4. “Reconstruction of non-residential premise of ME «Dnipro primary health care centre #4», located at the following address 118 Naberezhna Peremohy Str., Dnipro city, for placement of ambulatory of general practice family medicine # 12”.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants dated January 2011 (revised in July 2014) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from consultants of the Subproject Management Unit and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09:30 to 17:00 at the address (1).
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in Ukrainian may be received by interested bidders for free subject to submission of a written Application to the address below (1). Authorized representatives of the Bidders may receive the Bidding Documents at the office of Sub-Project Management Unit at the address below (1) or by method of courier delivery upon condition that this service shall be made payable by the appropriate bidder directly to the providing delivery agents.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below (1)
before 11.00 am local time, on July 18, 2018. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below (2) at 11. 10 am on July 18, 2018, local time.
7. All Bids must be accompanied with Bid Securing Declaration.
