Seminar on the implementation of the project "Improving health in the service of the people"

A delegation of experts from the Poltava region, headed by the Director of the Department of Health Viktor Lisak during 19-22 September 2016 took part in a seminar on the joint with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development of the project "Improving health in the service of the people" .

The regional team made a presentation on progress in implementing regional sub-project "Introduction of innovative models of service delivery to patients with hypertension in Poltava region."

The seminar discussed the action plan of the sub-project implementation and implementation schedules for next year.

Acting Minister of Health Juliana Suprun informed about the main directions of reforming the near future.

During the workshop held several "round table" on the theme: "Implementation of health reform: achievements and prospects", "Discussion of strategic plans for reforming the public health."

The work of the participants in the parallel sections dedicated to the discussion on the management of eight sub-projects, plans for the development of e-health, issues of procurement, introduction of diagnostic-related groups, information and communication support in all phases of the project. It was also conducted training on monitoring and evaluation of the project.
