Subproject' consultant participated in the workshop "Monitoring and evaluation of program and policy documents."

The event was organized for employees of city and district departments of social welfare, social service centers for families, children and youth, police, immigration service workers, medical workers and others.

During the seminar dedicated to the issues of strategic planning in Ukraine, the concept of management by results, program monitoring as a key component of the overall system of monitoring and evaluation, organization of monitoring and evaluation methods, methods of collecting information for evaluation.

Completed practical task of compiling of indicators' list for monitoring programs in various fields, training matrix for monitoring and evaluation program document discussed the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of data collection for evaluation.
