Bid Opening Took Place in Rivne Region

Three companies submitted their bids for the procurement of road ambulances within the World Bank project in Rivne region. This was reported today during the opening of bids submitted by 11 a.m. We are talking about 18 class B road ambulances for CDHs and CTHs of all 16 districts of the region, as well as for Rivne and Dubno.

The packages with the bids were opened in the presence of reporters, senior officials of Rivne Region State Administration, Department of Health, Department of Building and Architecture, Sub-project consultants and representatives of the Project Support Consultancy Unit.

Selection Committee Head Yurii Pryvarskyi and Committee Secretary Viktor Iskiv were reading the names of the bidders and their bid amounts aloud while opening each package.

"Bid opening is now over, and we switch to signing of the minutes followed by the assessment procedure under the World Bank regulations that can take up to 90 days. The main criteria here are price and quality", said Yurii Pryvarskyi, First Deputy Head of Rivne Region State Administration/Head of the Selection Committee.

The first two bidders were form Ukraine, the third bid came from Czech company.
