Facility Management workshop for the doctors of Zaporizhia

Facility-menagement - is a modern model of management and operation of buildings that includes three main components - infrastructure, technical and economic management. During worcshop the review of  the basics of management and operation, repair and maintenance strategies, risks and dangers responsibility for the buildings were discussed. Also other  issues like how healthcare managers can monitor employees and contractors, how to calculate the amount of the annual operating costs and depreciation of equipment were depicted. The remote training for family doctors and managers of primary care center was made possible through the implementation of joint sub-project of the Ministry of Health of the World Bank in the Zaporozhye region - all 32 primary health care centers have been equipped with multimedia equipment, web cameras, laptops, audio and video systems.
