Within the framework of regional sub-project Oblast level services improvement in Vinnytsia oblast, aimed at improving the quality of medical care and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, the Environmental Management Plan for the construction of Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Center for Treatment and Diagnostic of Cardiovascular Diseases was designed, the main purpose of which is to assess environmental and social impacts regarding the timely prevention of potential negative consequences for the environment and social environment during the subproject implementation in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
The Environmental Management Plan and Environmental Monitoring Plan were designed on the basis of requirements for environmental management developed by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine within the Serving People, Improving Health Project, Letter of the Capital Construction Department of Vinnytsia City Council No. 22-00-010-42 dated 01/03/2016, as well as the Project Section Assessment of environmental impact.
