Reason(-s) for rejection: Following the deliverables of analyzing the submitted information, conclusion was made that the Consortium has the experience of implementing the software at public health care facilities, which is intended for calculation of position salaries of medical staff and is essentially non-compliant with functional tasks that specialized medical software is supposed to perform (these tasks are set out in the TOR paragraph 2.1.6.). The Bidder failed to confirm the compliance with qualification requirements of the bidding # SH-1.2.6.
