In accordance with par. 1.9 (d) “Conflict of Interest” of Guidelines for employment of consultants, such proposals shall be disqualified.

“A consultant shall submit only one proposal, either individually or as a joint venture partner in another proposal. If a consultant, including a joint venture partner, submits or participates in more than one proposal, all such proposals shall be disqualified.

According to par. 1.7(d) “Conflict of Interest” of Guidelines for Guidelines for procurement of goods, works, and non-consulting services, such proposals shall be disqualified.
