Workshop The World Bank RESULT-BASED MANAGEMENT

The World Bank workshop "Result-based management: overview and application to the processes of strategic planning and results matrix" of the "Serving People, Improving Health" Project.

 

On December 9-11, a workshop of the World Bank "Result-Based Management: overview and application to the processes of strategic planning and results matrix" of the Project "Serving People, improving Health" takes place in Lviv.

 

 The representatives of the World Bank, the Ministry of Health care of Ukraine, and eight oblasts participating in the Project: Vinnytsia, Zakarpattya, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizzhia, Poltava, Rivne, Volyn, and Lviv, as well as the representatives of the oblast-level centers of the medical statistics met in Lviv during the event.

 

Mr. Feng Zhao, Program Leader for health, education, social security, vulnerability, and conflicts, of the World Bank Mission to Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova Country Unit, welcomed the participants of the workshop and wished everyone productive work for the next several days.

 

The overall objective of the workshop is to contribute to extending the participants' perception of the result-based management in combination with practical skills regarding the theory of changes, the structure of logics, and the measurement plan for scaling the course of the measurements implementation within the health care industry.
