Workshop "Development of electronic health (eHealth) in Ukraine" - a look from the inside

How to establish eHealth in Ukraine? What has been already achieved? What are the ambitions for the future? What is the role of regional IT consultants?

 

These and other issues were addressed on April 27-28, 2016 by the representatives of the Ministry of Health Care, WHO, World Bank, international and national experts on standardization and implementation of eHealth, as well as regional IT consultants of the Project during the workshop "Development of electronic health (eHealth) in Ukraine".

 

 

    

The experience related to the development of e-Health in different countries was presented at the workshop, including the first steps undertaken in Ukraine in this regard, and towards the standardization in the field of e-Health. The main objective of the workshop is to initiate a dialogue to develop a comprehensive national strategy for eHealth that will ensure the sustainability of qualitative and accessible services related to eHealth in the country.
