Every day, one woman dies from breast cancer in the Lviv oblast.

An active promotional campaign in the media, specifically with respect to audio and video broadcasting, was launched in the Lviv oblast.
One of the video clips which may be viewed here has already been broadcasted on Lviv television.
In addition, audio clips are broadcast on the regional radio stations as well, specifically the ones with a man addressing his wife and a child addressing her mother.
Within the joint World Bank's and the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine "Serving People, Improving Health" Project, the "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies in Lviv oblast" Subproject is implemented by the Healthcare Department of Lviv Oblast State Administration.
