Contract Award Notification NCB 4.1.4

In the framework of the join World Bank's and the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine "Serving People, Improving Health" Project, specifically within the "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies" Subproject, the Health care Department of LOSA has determined the winning bidder under the procurement ICB 4.1.4 "Software 'Electronic Registry of the female population in Lviv oblast', computer hardware and server equipment".

 

This procurement involves developing software to establish an electronic medical card of a female patient, which will be used starting with an outpatient unit and continuing through the centre of the tertiary level in the Lviv oblast. Such program will make it possible to personalize and monitor the status of an examination, the results of analysis of each woman for both the doctor and the patient alone. Also, computer hardware and server equipment will be purchased towards the implementation of this software as part of the procurement. Additional computer equipment will be purchased for outpatient units in the oblast at the expense of the oblast-level Program for combatting oncological diseases in the Lviv oblast for 2017-2020 in order to cover all outpatient units referring to family medicine (approved by the decision No. 329 adopted at the session of the Lviv Oblast Council as of 27.12.2016), specifically  towards providing co-financing for the Subproject.
