Awareness-raising initiative - Health Care Schools - continues!
Today, on March 29, the Health Care School entitled "Should one fear cancer? Fight, one shall not give up" took place in the village of Zheldets (Kamyanka-Buzka district), with involvement of a family physician, Mykhaylo Neznanovsky.
Do people need meetings of this kind? Definitely, they need them!
Gynecologic oncologist from the Lviv Oblast-level Cancer Treatment and Diagnostics Centre, V. Semeniuk told the participants about the "causes and prevention of diseases".
Practicing psychologist, O. Bokalo, spoke about the psychological aspects of visiting a doctor and the perception of a depressing diagnosis" ( "A step into life, get yourself examined").
