Invitation for Quotation SH Prozorro 4.1.9

In pursuance of the World Bank's recommendation, the Health care Department of the Lviv Oblast State Administration has launched the bidding procedures planned under the subproject implementation via the ProZorro electronic public procurement system.

The Government of Ukraine received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development No. 8475-UA towards financing the "Serving People, Improving Health" Project. Part of this loan shall be used to cover the costs under the contract associated with this procurement. All procurements held as part of the implementation of the joint World Bank's and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "Serving People, Improving Health" Project, specifically within the "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies in Lviv oblast" Subproject, are implemented on the basis of the Loan Agreement No. 8475-UA signed between Ukraine and the IBRD of March 19, 2015, for the purpose of facilitating the financing of the "Serving People, Improving Health" Project, Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement "(as amended), other legislative acts, and in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the IBRD, in particular, those introduced in the Operational Manual, approved by the Order of the MoH of March, 27, 2017, No. 276 (part 2 "Procurement Management"), which is available on the official website of the Project following the link: http://wb.moz.gov.ua/news.html?action=view&id=546
