A Meeting of the Subproject "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies in the Lviv oblast" Management Unit and Selection Commission

On October 27, 2015 a regular meeting of the Subproject Management Unit of the "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies in Lvvi oblast" Subproject and the Evaluation Committee was held in the office of subproject.

The meeting was devoted to the discussion of the publication of the RFP under the tender # 4.2.2 "Educational program in mass-media" and the disclosure of the bids under th tender # 4.2.1 "Information materials for the public (design and printing of the booklets and invitations)". The Subproject Management Unit agreed the publication of the announcement and made a previous review of the quotations for the procurement of printed materials. It was decided to extend the deadline for the submission of proposals by 14 days and request that one of the bidders submit additional materials.

The plan of the subproject activities was also reviewed, with identification of further steps under the tender for medical equipment # 4.1.1 Equipment for microscope diagnostics, for colposcope diagnostics, for invasive examinations and treatment in the Cancer Treatment and Diagnostics Centre, in  multi-district screening centres, and for gynaecological rooms in the oblast districts and the IT component under tender # 4.1.4 "Software "Electronic Registry of the female population in Lviv oblast", computer hardware and server equipment".
