A Meeting of the Subproject "Preventive oncology and the implementation of effective anti-tumour technologies in the Lviv oblast" Management Unit and the Evaluation Commission

A regular meeting of the SMU and the Evaluation Committee was held in the Office of the Subproject on November 18, 2015.

 

 

 

The meeting was devoted to the discussion of the Bid opening procedure pertaining to the procurement # 4.2.1 Educational campaign in the mass media, it was decided to extend the deadline for the submission of expression of interest. The Committee has made a decision regarding the finalization of the Evaluation Report pertaining to the procurement of  "Informational materials for the public (design and printing of booklet and invitations)" and approved the technical specifications for the procurement of the "Software 'Electronic Registry of the female population in Lviv oblast', computer hardware and server equipment". 

 

At the meeting the PR consultant was appointed to take the additional responsibility of monitoring and evaluating the "Preventive oncology" Subproject.

 

The members of the SMU discussed the plan of activities implementation pertaining to the Subproject introduction, and legal aspects of the implementation of an electronic registry of the female population, in particular the aspects of the collection and processing of personal data.
