Implementation of reforms in health care Poltava

 

November 2 this year, Director of Health Viktor Lisak has a working group on implementation in the sub-project of the World Bank "Improving health in the service of the people."

At the meeting were discussed issues related to the implementation of sub-projects. Detail the basic direction of reforms carried out in the field and connected with the implementation of sub-project of the World Bank. Improving health services at all levels of care (primary and hospital) will serve as an effective means of achieving better health of patients. Particular attention was paid to the introduction of new financial mechanisms aimed at optimizing the use of health resources in order to obtain the best results per unit of invested resources. They also discussed the issue of public health, optimizing laboratory research and implementation of reimbursement ,.

Members of the working group were instructed to describe components of reform and problem solving in which they are aimed, referring to the provisions adopted at regional level, under which the reforms are implemented. It is necessary to give brief descriptions of changes in the structure and processes and propose indicators to measure the impact of the reforms on the efficiency of the system.
