Dear Sirs/Madams,
In accordance with par. 8, Section I “Instructions to Bidders”, we would like to inform you that it became necessary to amend the Bidding Documents ICB No.8.2.2 “Procurement of 18 class B road ambulances for CRHs and CTHs”.
It became necessary to extend the bid submission deadline due to the need to make amendments to the Bidding Documents and to give prospective bidders reasonable time to take the amendments pending the World Bank approval into account in preparing their bids.
The bid submission deadline was extended to November 3, 2016, 11 a.m. local time.
You will be notified of the amendments to the Bidding Documents ICB No.8.2.2 at a later date.
