Amendment No. 2

to the Bidding Documents for ICB No. 8.2.1.2

 

Dear Sirs/Madams,

 

In accordance with sub-par. 8.1 of Section I “Instructions to Bidders”, we would like to inform you that the following amendments have been made to the Bidding Documents for ICB No.8.2.1.2:

 

1.      The wording of ITB 19.1 of the English version of the Bidding Documents Section II. Bid Data Sheet (as specified in the Ukrainian version) shall be as follows:

Bid Security shall berequired

Amounts and currency of the Bid Security:

LOT 2: 7,000 (seven thousand) US dollarsor an equivalent amount in the currency of the Bid at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine (http://www.bank.gov.ua) as of day 14 (fourteen) prior to the date of Bid submission.

LOT 4: 10,000 (ten thousand) US dollarsor an equivalent amount in the currency of the Bid at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine (http://www.bank.gov.ua) as of day 14 (fourteen) prior to the date of Bid submission.

LOT 5: 700 (seven hundred) US dollarsor an equivalent amount in the currency of the Bid at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine (http://www.bank.gov.ua) as of day 14 (fourteen) prior to the date of Bid submission.
