Outof17 companiesthathadforwardedtheirlettersofinterest, only6 companies(approvedbytheWorldBank) receivedthebiddingdocuments, 4 of which submitted their technical and financial proposals. Whereasthelatterwasputonstorageinthesafe, theenvelopeswithtechnicalproposalsweremadepublicinthepresenceofthemembersof Consultants, Goods, Works and Non-consulting Services Selection Committee of the Subproject Management Unit.
AECOM Ukraine LLC (Ukraine), Eptisa Servicios de Ingnieria, S.L. (Іспанія), consortium of 4 companies of "DELTA Projektconsult" GmbH (Austria) – leading consortium company, "DELTA Projektconsult Ukraine" Ltd. (Ukraine) and Ukrainian and German scientific and production enterprise "The Technical Center of Diagnostics and Expertise" LLC (Ukraine),as well as consortium of companies of EUROESTUDIOS S.L (Spain), GETINSA-PAYMA S.L (Spain), TPF France (France) and UKRDESIGNGROUP LLC (Ukraine) are the main candidates for the technical supervision for the construction of the cardiac care center and assistance in the selection of contractors.
