The Tender Committee conducted a procedure of public opening of envelopes with submitted documents.
The event took place within the implementation of the World Bank subproject "Oblast level services improvement in Vinnytsia oblast, aimed at improving the quality of medical care and treatment of cardiovascular diseases".
The procedure of bids review was attended by representatives of the Health Care Department of Vinjnytsia OSA (Olena Zhytanska, Volodymyr Fedyk, Svitlana Makeieva), Health Care Department of Vinnytsia City Council (Oleksandr Shysh), Regional Medical Statistical Information and Analytical Centre (Vasyl Zhelezniak), Consultant of the Project Consultancy Support Unit, Yurii Skakliuk, and Consultants of Vinnytsia subproject implementation group (Oleksii Smirnov, Nataliia Litomina)
Among the bidders, there are 3 domestic and 2 foreign companies:
1. Ukrainian company TREDEX offered the products amounting to 321 thousand US Dollars.
2. Joint Venture IMESC and YUTAS submitted a joint proposal amounting to 229 thousand 896 Euro.
3. Protech Solutions Ukraine LLC proposed equipment amounting to 453 thousand 777 Euro.
4. The American company Mortara Instrument offers equipment amounting to 449 thousand 631 US Dollars.
5. The Swiss company Diatech is ready to provide equipment amounting to 454 thousand 100 US Dollars.
The procedure for publication of applications took place in accordance with the current legislation. Now the available proposals will be reviewed by the experts within 90 days.
