Pre-bid meeting concerning the construction of the Cardiological Center

At the pre-bid meeting, the bidders will be able to learn the terms and conditions of the bidding documents, visit the construction site and receive answers to the questions regarding the preparation of their bids.
The government of Ukraine has received financing from the World Bank № 8475-UA toward the cost of Serving People, Improving Health Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the construction of a regional clinical center for the treatment and diagnostics of cardiovascular diseasesin the city of Vinnytsiathe purpose of which is the provision of a highly qualified careto cardiovascular patients.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of the World Bank, namely through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, as published in January 2011 (revised in July 2014) (“Procurement Guidelines”). This bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
