Zaporozhye doctors improve communication skills

Distance learning took place within a cycle of thematic improvement "Modern aspects of management in public health" implemented jointly Zaporozhye State Medical University, Department of Health ZODA and German International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH, with the support of regional sub-project of joint Ministry health World bank project "Improvement of medical care to patients with diseases of the circulatory system." During the meeting they discussed the features of vertical, horizontal and crisis communication between stakeholders. In modern conditions of reforming health care for healthcare managers is extremely important to have strategic and operative communications, motivational interviewing skills can improve the prevention of noncommunicable diseases and complaients of patients with diseases of the circulatory system.
