09.11.201609.11.2016 відбулося публічне розкриття тендерних пропозицій
09 листопада поточного року у приміщенні Департаменту охорони здоров'я Полтавської ОДА відбулося публічне розкриття тендерних пропозицій, поданих на Міжнародні Конкурсні Торги № 7.1.2 «Реактиви діагностичні: лабораторне обладнання, посуд лабораторний». Під час процедури розкриття тендерних пропозицій взяли участь члени комісії з відбору консультантів, товарів, робіт та неконсультаційних послуг, депутати обласної ради, керівники обласних лікувально-профілактичних закладів, представники неурядових організацій та засобів масової інформації.
Під час розгляду пропозицій конкурсних торгів перевірено наявність усіх необхідних документів, а також оголошено ціну кожної пропозиції учасників торгів. Зазначену інформацію внесено до протоколу розкриття пропозицій конкурсних торгів, який підписано головою, секретарем, членами тендерного комітету та учасниками, які взяли участь у процедурі розкриття пропозицій конкурсних торгів. -
