The expert community of the World Bank was represented by Olena Doroshenko, Specialist in Health Care, Mariia Nikitova, Specialist on Social Development, Volodymyr Tykhyi, Consultant on the Environment.
The team of Vinnytsia Subproject was presented by Nadiia Marusiak, Deputy Director of the Health Care Department, Deputy Head of the SMU; Volodymyr Fedyk, Chief Specialist of the Health Care Department of Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration, Deputy Head of the SMU; Andrii Zhukov, Engineer; Tetiana Balybiuk, Procurement Consultant; Oleksandr Yadvizhyn, Chief Architect of the project; Andrii Grynchuk, Deputy Director of the Capital Construction Department of Vinnytsia City Council.
The Environmental Management Plan for the construction of Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Center for Treatment and Diagnostics of Cardiovascular Diseases was developed in February 2017. Its main objective is the assessment of the environmental and social impacts regarding the timely prevention of potential negative consequences for the environment and social environment during implementation of the Subproject Oblast level services improvement in Vinnytsia oblast, aimed at improving the quality of medical care and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in accordance with requirements of the current legislation.
