Coronary stenting is almost a bloodless surgery that involves minimum risks and does not require long rehabilitation. In fact, it is a progressive panacea for people with vascular diseases or possible infarction. In March alone, 35 free routine coronary angiographies were carried out and 11 free stents were deployed at Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Cardiac Center within the framework of joint implementation of the World Bank investment subproject.
11-13 April, a delegation of the World Bank consultants Khimich Natalie, Eugenia Matyushko, Irene Shmelev, Yuri and Sergey Dyachenko Skopalyuka visited Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhya region to discuss the pressing issues of the sub-project teams and revision of TD.

Kyiv hosted a seminar with the World Bank communications reform in the health sector, which was attended by representatives of Ministry of Health of Ukraine, UNICEF, USAID, WHO, the Swiss Cooperation Office in Ukraine and other international partner organizations, World Bank consultants communications support for group management sub-projects and media.
The visit of the World Bank Mission and representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the Volyn oblast, that was held on 18-19 February, 2016, planned a series of working meetings on specific steps of sub-project implementation.
