09.10.2017No Risk Groups: Optimistic Forecasts for Vinnytsia Cardiac Center
To reset the risk group to zero, which already includes 3,200 citizens with serious heart and blood vessel disorders, is a priority objective of the investment Sub-project Oblast level services improvement in Vinnytsia oblast, aimed at improving the quality of medical care and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. While its active phase is under preparation, due to co-financing from the municipal and regional budgets, we have managed to examine thousands of patients from the dangerous group and to stent, in the indicated cases, one critical vessel of each patient free of charge. During 2015-2017, expenditures amounted to 10 million UAH. -

Universal ultrasound system, defibrillator and artificial pulmonary ventilator — high-end modern equipment to save patients with cardiovascular disease - will significantly increase the capabilities of Vinnytsia Cardiac Center, as well as primary and secondary medical care facilities. Under the investment Sub-project Oblast level services improvement in Vinnytsia oblast, aimed at improving the quality of medical care and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, the international competitive bidding was announced in order to receive bids from equipment suppliers and evaluate them according to the WB procedures. -

On 7-8 September 2017, at the initiative of the Ministry of Health, a seminar on the interim results of implementation in Ukraine of the World Bank investment project Serving People, Improving Health was held in Kyiv. Over the last two years, it has been implemented in 8 regions of Ukraine, particularly in Vinnytsia oblast. -

24.05.2017Two Contracts That Will Improve Medical Care in Vinnytsia Oblast
A company from Kharkiv will provide healthcare facilities with telemetry equipment, whereas the Spanish partners will carry out professional supervision of construction of a new cardiac center in Vinnytsia. These two important contracts were signed on 23 May 2017 under the implementation of the World Bank investment Subproject Oblast level services improvement in Vinnytsia oblast, aimed at improving the quality of medical care and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. -
